On-site support may be your preference and there are no additional fees for travel or other expenses. The rates below include all of our standard consultation services, whether we're supporting you in your office or on-site somewhere else. We are not currently VAT registered and you will not be charged VAT in addition to the below.
Sometimes a quick consultation on a particular issue may be all that you need. We're happy to be as flexible as possible to accommodate you and your availability.
Our normal on-site hours are 09:00 to 17:00 however, we're happy to work around your schedule. A standard half-day for us means 09:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 17:00.
Our normal business days are Monday to Friday.
We're happy to be as flexible as possible to support you and your business. Please always ask if you need extra support on weekends and bank holidays. An additional charge of £20.00 per hour is typical on these occasions.
When working remotely, you don't just get our on-site hours of 09:00 to 17:00, we offer our full business hours of 08:00 to 18:00.
We're happy to provide remote consultations and services when being on-site is not possible or convenient for you. This includes talking to you and your teams online or simply completing a piece of work remotely.
When we understand your needs, we'll discuss the best and most cost effective options for you to get the help you need.
Rome may not have been built in a day, but we can certainly get a lot done. You'll have our full, undivided attention to meet your business needs.
You may be starting a new business or have a long-term project in mind with a deadline. For example, you need brand new policies written, or want to develop your governance systems. In some cases it may be more cost effective for your business to discuss a fixed fee for our consultation services. We want what is best for you and your business, and sometimes this arrangement may work out better for both parties. Please don't hesitate to openly discuss your needs with us.
We're proud of our success in converting enquiries to paying service users. We can support you with this on an ad-hoc basis or under an agreed retaining fee at no extra cost for conversion. How much for a successful conversion? With no retaining fee, we'll typically charge up to a maximum of £250.00 per service user, depending on the initial package of care. What if they choose not to receive our care? We'll charge a small admin fee of just £20.00.

We have an excellent understanding of what it takes to be a successful coordinator, supervisor, HR or sales lead, registered manager or operations manager.
