Dean began his journey in health and social care nearly 20 years ago, coordinating care for residents of Southwark, London. He would go on to work in marketing, quality assurance and recruitment. In 2015 Dean would manage his first contracts, delivering thousands of hours for adult and children's care service in multiple London boroughs. 

By 2017, Dean was already an experienced care manager, and was now registered and delivering notably high quality domiciliary services in Ealing, London. He would progress to an operations role in 2023 for one of the UK's leading care providers, overseeing their services in Ealing, Harrow, Brent and East Hertfordshire. 

Now, Dean has launched his own consultancy services and Caremor Consultancy draws on his real-life, learnt experiences to support people and providers around the UK. 

Dean has successfully supported multiple businesses  turn around "Requires Improvement" ratings to achieve "Good" in their next inspections. He has implemented governance systems, partnerships, social value and sustainable growth projects. He has many years of experience onboarding, coaching and developing key people and offering valuable sales and quality training. 

Dean is the first to admit that there is so much more to learn but his experience is now available to support others. He recognises how little hands-on, practical and realistic support there is for community providers. He is passionate about improving the availability and quality of care for people who need help. He wants to offer his skills, experiences and lessons learned to help improve the standards of care and sustainability of care provision for vulnerable people. 

Becky has over 16 years of extensive experience in health and social care.  She has an incredible reputation among her peers for supporting individuals with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment. 

Becky  began her journey working directly as a carer, where she developed a strong foundation in hands-on support and person-centred care. Through dedication and continuous development, she progressed into senior roles including a team leader, deputy manager, and registered care manager, specialising in complex care and mental health support. 

Becky has successfully managed multiple care homes and domiciliary care agencies across the North West London boroughs. This has given her significant experience in both operational leadership and service development, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality assurance and delivering high standards of care at scale. 

Becky’s approach to care is firmly person-first. She exemplifies genuine human connection and is committed to every individual being treated with dignity, respect and understanding. A highly experienced safeguarding practitioner, Becky has worked across all levels of safeguarding practice and is deeply committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals. Her expertise in this area has led her to support businesses in numerous, complex safeguarding cases.
